MEN: The Dos Do: Wear losely fited (but not baggy) graphic logo T-shirts. - Losely fitted logo Ts are the perfect accent to a pair of jeans for Bar nights. Do: Wear bright colors. - Bright colors attract attention and help you stand out in a crowd, without being obnoxious. Do: Girls love stylish sunglasses. Choose a pair that fits you... Yes, I said stylish but not gaudy.. remember you are a guy! (and like we said before, NEVER wear them at night.) Do: Socks should match the color of your pants, though preferably not the exact same shade unless, of course, you are wearing black slacks, then it’s okay. Oh, and leave the white socks for the gym. Do: Match your belt to your shoes (Black w black, Brown w Brown) Please. Do: Update your wardrobe w. a few pieces each fall/spring. Pick up a magazine or ask a girl-friend to tag along with you.

MEN: The Don'ts Dont: Wear sunglasses when you go out at night. - This is the dumbest thing anyone can do. Its not sunny out, take of the glasses. Dont: Wear skin tight muscle shirts. - I go to the gym to, and no one cares if you're on the roids... Honestly. Dont: Sales of men's fragrances are growing steadily. Unfortunately with its growing popularity, a few mistakes are being made. One such mistake is the amount used. The scent should not be obvious until someone steps into your space, and that is only a few feet in diameter. Dont: Guys.. there is no need to show off your jewelery by wearing your shirt half open.. We know your wearing gold, but don't flash it, it's not a turn on. Dont: Please dont wear socks w. ur sandals- I understand your only walking to the corner deli but didnt we all tease Grandpa for doing that, your too young for that sweetie. Dont: Leave the pink shirt & matching tie on the rack if you cant pull it off. Perhaps ask a girl for advice if you actually do look sNaZZy in it or not.

LADIES: The Dos Do: Layer shrugs and tie-front ballet tops over long camisoles and sheer tops. Pair with denim or cropped pants. - Its a hot, yet onservative look and its going to be quite popular this fall. Do: Wear a nice, basic necklace to dress up low cut tops. - Basic non flashy jewlery is always a great way to dress up outfits without looking tacky. Do: Wear Black clothes - Black clothes always look more: Expensive, Flattering, and Sophisticated Do: Beautify Yourselves.. Accentuate your eyes and your lips by adding some color. We know you're beautiful why not dramatize it a bit! Do: Remove the "100% Wool" tag on the sleeve of your winter coat. Its there for better advertisement. Not for me to know what your coat is made of. Do: Pick out a nice new shiney lipgloss and leave the lipstick & Liner on the shelf... Welcome to 2005 LADIES: The Don'ts Dont: Wear shirts so low cut that you hang out of them. (especially if your a big woman) - The only thing this attracts is drunken idiots, and losers Dont: Wear your knee length boots (ie. Uggs) over your jeans. - The ONLY time this is acceptable is if you are shoveling 2 ft. of snow. Otherwise don't do it... EVER.

Dont: Piling on the pink can be a runway plus but when you are not built like an 18-year-old model, the results can look more like a disheveled Pepto bismal fantasy. Dont: Girls.. Girls.. Girls.. Please do not wear a pair of low cut jeans and a belly shirt if your body is not cut for it.. Neither the drunken nor the sober guys or girls want to see that extra skin hanging out of your pants! Dont: Wear open toe heels to the bar in 5ft of Snow. - Thank you. Dont: Dont wear evening shoes with your suit to work. - Thank you & Have a nice day. None of these guides are written in stone. If you can pull off a "Dont" and really do look good doing it, then by all means.... Do it.
