Kelly''s is the place that my dad always makes us go to when he comes down to visit. This means I go there maybe 2 or 3 times a year - the weird thing is that we ALWAYS see the same people there and they are definitely memorable - the guy who loads the jukebox up with Elvis and Sinatra and sings at the top of his lungs, the angry quiet man who mumbles things about The War, the guy who looks like Paul Shafer from the Letterman show, etc. This is certainly an old man bar, but it''s a good one at that. Drinks are cheap and it''s never too crowded. They''ve got darts and a pool table. Don''t expect anything too fancy at this plac.e
