It was around 11pm on opening night when we arrived, and the Pour House was pretty full.

Atmosphere : The Pour house is setup much the same as your typical corner bar, but with a modern touch. Cherry and light wood make up the bulk of the interior with stools all around were you can rest your weary feet.

Gender Ratio : The crowd was an even mix of guys, and girls mostly in their mid 20s and a few in their 30s. Hopefully the Pour House will stay a 20-30 something’s bar and not allow in young kids like its predecessor in that corner location.

Dress Code : The dress code is definitely casual. Shoes or Sneakers, as well as jeans, and neat shirt would be the perfect fit.

Comments: The DJ booth sports a great sound system for its size as well as computers where the DJ can publicize the current drink specials on 2 of the 4 big screen flat panel TVs. I must admit I was pretty impressed by all the cool gadgets at the DJs disposal. The music playing was almost a perfect sound track for the life of someone in their mid 20s. Songs like 'Flaming Lips - Big Hands' and 'Twisted Sister - We're not gonna take it' gave off a great vibe, especially when people began singing along. All in all Id have to say the Pour House needs to be bumped up to a Park Ave. penthouse.
